The series revolves around 1989 during the period of the Velvet Revolution. In that ideal period, Mary and her husband Victor returned to their home in Czechoslovakia after years of exile. It was a period that changed Mary's life, especially after a car accident. In those moments, Mary woke up from a coma with no trace of Victor.
