This romantic and dramatic series goes back to where things turn completely after a serious accident. The crew becomes nightly in case of rescue for a group of people after the accident. On the other hand, Drew serves abroad in Afghanistan and teams up with his colleague to treat an Afghan woman, and TC and Scott desperately work to save a young child and his mother where they appear to have been seriously injured.
