This family animated series revolves around a bunch of ridiculous positions. Duffy Grand Canyon eventually threw him and 'bugs' into the prison, but the 'bugs' like him, but Duffy hates it. This causes some conflict when they get a chance to escape. Yosemite Sam, a nearby neighbor of Bugs and Davy, is installing some solar panels so he does not have to pay for the electricity company. But heavy rains caused his home to be lost to power, forcing Sam to stay with Bugs and Davy.
