The series centers on doctor Anna Macy who finds herself inexplicably linked to the disappearance of two girls, fifteen years apart. Anna then tries to discover what really happened the night the second girl disappeared, and in doing so, uncovers secrets that threaten the future of her hometown.
Debicki makes for an intriguing lead, it's certainly atmospheric and, in spite of some major flaws and lulls in the storytelling, this is worth a look for anyone wanting something a little stranger from their murder mysteries.
