Brothers now draw a dramatic kind of painful past that is always haunted by ghosts. Maybe their bad past and their ghosts will be in their minds and maybe they will be in that strange house.
Some may find the story's slow-burning nature frustrating, but like Castle Rock, it's refreshing to see a psychological horror evolve a little more naturally than the usual rapid escalation.
