The second season of the animated television series kicks off with the rest of the Titan in a beat of danger. With Cyborg still doubting the limit to is power, he gets the golden chance to save the day.
While Terra's character arc in season two... [it's] first on this list to really play to some of the aforementioned adult themes that this show tackles.
The visuals in this show are delightful. Combining the best of anime (exaggerated faces, enacting metaphors, etc.) with the more static American cartoon style, Teen Titans' second season is as fresh as it is fun.
This take on DC Comics' adolescent do-gooders, among them a pre-sidekick Robin, found its footing in year 2 on the Cartoon Network, despite attempts at gravitas undercut by Afterschool Special-esque morals.
The second season of Teen Titans has one of the better arcs of the entire series, and that's because it's focused on Terra, a new member of the Titans who has a somewhat mysterious past.
