The final arc was the season's best, as it focused on Yoda's adventurous journey that gives some very important insight into the past and future of the whole "Star Wars" saga.
Star Wars is always better when it leans toward its darker side, and that's certainly true of the batch of The Clone Wars episodes, dubbed The Lost Missions.
It works to rectify the mistakes of the prequels by filling in all the gaps and adding many, many layers of nuance to the major characters. It manages to have fun while also telling serious and sometimes even tragic stories.
