The fourth season is to complete the events of the previous season through a series of events, the most prominent of which is asking al-Bashir to help a group of apostates and a gag to break their addiction to white citrile. At the same time Worf is not satisfied with the way Odo runs the security. On the other hand, Kira and Gul Ducat go after the ship Lost Prison Ravinok. The ducats have a secret. Meanwhile Cassidy Yates is trying to find work near Bajaur, leaving Sisko uncomfortable.
