The third season revolves around the empty plot of land which will be the real title of the season. The hotel will soon be built on the plot, where a pair of siblings will be reconnected after many years of separation, especially as they are far from each other after the death of their father. Sister Christine Woods plans to open a hotel where her brother Luke Wilson has decided to follow her by investing part of it in inheritance.
