The life of a young courageous and smart cop Grace Travis, who struggles against the murder of her son, who has been murderer mysteriously by a group of criminals, has been changed completely, as she goes undercover and has to deal with a dangerous criminal, in order to reveal the truth and avenge for the killers of her son.
Over-boiled, over-violent, and overly abundant with sex scenes, Rogue is sure to click with hardcore cop-thriller fans who care less about plotting and characterization than the bang . . . bang . . . bang.
The disappointing part of Rogue is that DirecTV had exhibited some taste and desire to play in the big leagues via its acquisitions, only to fall back on a tired mob premise.
What distinguishes Rogue from a zillion or so other shows about undercover cops is Grace's alienation from her fellow officers and even her own family, all of whom think she's nuts.
