The series tells of a different experience while contractor Brian Baeumler and his wife Sarah face a different experience by moving their family to the undeveloped South Andros Island, Bahamas. It seems that they are trying to restore a dilapidated beach resort, as they have six months to transfer ownership to Carola Mare Club.
