Season 5 completes new events through Don and his team as they begin to search for the killers of two rock climbers. The team tries to find those in possession of large diamonds, and Charlie decides that the FBI permit must be reassigned, especially as he follows him.
There's no real consequences in any scenario; each character continues the next episode like nothing happened, leaving all the storylines of the season as one-episode islands...
