The whimsical surprise comes from a silent person all the time but doing comic things. Mr Bean has bought a new TV, just to experience a point of reception problems. He then takes a picnic in the garden to experience his new camera, which is stolen immediately. This leads to an identity display, where Bean does his best to discover the identity of the camera thief. Later, the night of Bean in the city cause a disaster for the stage magician. Finally, Mr. Bin shows his dance skills at the Phut Club.
