The story begins with comic situations that occur between Micky and his friends in the high spiritual races, including in preparation for his visit from the Queen, Goffy mistakes as a secret agent of the world class, and is charged with delivering the case to the Queen. However, he is pursued by Commander Heist and his arrest by Leslie, who are desperate to get the case. While in Madrid, Mickey is planning an ideal day for the movie Minnie, but the gay Pepe Paul has other plans. Minnie and Dizzy were betting with Mickey and Donald on who would win the race.
