When twenty-something Dylan Witter learns he's got chlamydia, he has to make a list of his past partners and contact each one. Until now, Dylan has done his best to steer clear of that particular lane of memories, but at least he has his two best friends along on his obligatory stroll, to provide support and a bit of (not-always-helpful) advice. Dylan does elect to make good use of his predicament, though, by forcing himself to truly take stock (episode by episode) of his chaotic love life and discover why his relationships always end horribly.
Season three of "Lovesick" is tremendously moving because now that it's fully detailed the heartache that comes when trying to find "the one," it can move on to the trials that come with being in a long term relationship.
