This TV show revolves around a couple who must lead the joy and insults of intimacy. But they may be about to do and commit to other things they were trying to get away from in those moments.
It appears Love hasn't missed a beat. So, we can reasonably expect more of the same raw energy, endearing (and not-so endearing) character flaws and relatable humor that made season 1 such an unexpected treat.
Finding a good comedy on TV or in cinemas is a challenge these days, especially in a field as played out as romantic comedy. Love, for me, is the answer.
Love's dry-as-spacedust blend of counterculture cynicism and deep-fried sardonicism wouldn't be for everyone, but it still has much to recommend it, not least the two leads, who as lovers, aren't so much star-crossed as wires crossed.
This isn't a show you watch for its deep and intricate plotting. It's an exercise in character, one that happens to feature some truly exciting personalities.
