The show follows Theresa Caputo, a normal mom from New York who balances a full family life with her ability to communicate with the dead. In this season, Theresa gets revenge on her cheating husband with their electrician, sparking a bitter war with violent consequences; and when a doctor's wife cuts off all intimacy, he hires an escort leading to a fatal turn for the worst.
