Sunshine Academy is a boarding school in the Jewel Land. Students from the human world and the Jewel Land study together there. The Jewelpet Ruby is a third grader and she is in 'Class Plum,' which is also known as the class of losers. However, Ruby, who is cheerful and positive, enjoys her school life with her friends though she always quarrels with her roommate Kanon. The goal of every student at Sunshine Academy is to graduate, but they can't really envision their dreams for the future. Will Ruby and her friends be able to find their dreams before they graduate?
