I'm proud to watch Jersey Shore. I make no apologies for Ron or Sam's behavior, and I think the issue of gender, as a whole, is really messed up amongst all these kids, but, by golly, it's a fun show.
Even when a David takes on a Goliath - in the case of Sammi and Ronnie last night - it sends a message that it's okay, if not encouraged, to take delight in domestic violence, at least so long as it's a woman punching a man.
