The series takes after four girls from Florida. One day, they know that their best friend will leave the city to start her career. Without their best friends, their lives may change totally but they have to deal with the new situation. They pass through many comedy events.
Chinn has managed to ensure that every speaking character has a purpose whether to ruffle the feathers of the girls or put another obstacle in their place.
Chinn and her fellow writers (she's credited with four of the first eight episodes) are observant and punchy, and they give the comedy flavor without, for the most part, resorting to sitcom gags.
Don't let the vulgar comedic vibes of the series fool you. Yes, you will see more than one blurred out vagina, but the parts of the show that will really put a smile on your face involve a different kind of tenderness.
There's a lot in these early episodes that makes me believe that once Florida Girls gets past low-budget Floridasploitation, it could be a funny place to spend a seasonal timeshare.
