Season 3 presents a new comedy, as Kyle's life is threatened by Andy's recent relationship with Ryan. The change of heart seems to force Kyle and Andy to reconsider their feelings. In the meantime, Mr. Jacob learns that a former student outperforms a picture that is indifferent to their relationship at that time, and admits that Chase is not ready to be in a permanent relationship.
Whereas season two focused more on stories about communities, season three mostly zooms back in to hyper-focus on thorny relationship dilemmas that often result in long and thrilling exchanges between now-familiar characters.
