The series tells of the life of a young woman named Gemma Foster who is a doctor who people trust with time. At some point, Gemma's life appears to be about to explode, believing that her husband is having an affair. Because of that suspicion, Gemma tries to investigate and could cause her family and even some of her patients to live in chaos and destruction daily
