The dramatic events of this series happened in New York, where the couple live with their children, Lila and Tom, but the couple tries to spend the last period friendly before their divorce. So, the first season of the series ' Divorce' begins with Robert, who goes to tell his children the news of his separation of Francis, but she stopped him from doing thing like this.
It's the overall experience that hits hardest, and while delving into heartbreak may not be something we're all eager to become immersed in, the series' value on levels both informational and artistic is hard to deny.
The series has plenty of room to develop. A pitched battle looms over the divorce and division of assets and, in a War Of The Roses (1989) way, you want to see how bad it gets, even if that is the somewhat predictable route.
I'm not beauty-shaming Parker. It's just that her unending composure, no matter how hard her character, Frances, suffers, undermines her overall dramatic and comedic impact.
