In an interesting atmosphere, this reality series, follows Lauren Riihimaki, a Youtube star, who hosts the strong competition, where a group of talented kids compete against each other in a series of challenges in crafting, as they use separate materials from the studio to make great creations and win the challenge.
The series is hosted by Lauren Riihimaki, whom Forbes has described as the "millennial Martha Stewart." She is a delight, presenting both the contestants and some DIY tips for viewers with a tremendous amount of polish.
Riihimaki, with her candy-colored aesthetic and seemingly endless store of energy, makes a perfect host. The kids are fantastic, too; one boy is a crochet prodigy, while a girl from South Africa crafts a sweet tribute to her beloved lions.
Watching the kids flex their crafting prowess is fun, but we could spend 30 minutes just touring the studio and watching Lauren toss around different colored glitter.
The drawback is the production style, which calls to mind a half-hour toy ad, where you constantly expect someone to pop out and say "Oh, boy!" But the kids are still really talented.
