The second season begins again with a new series of great comedy, where Daniel appears to be making more attempts to recruit new students in Miyagi-do. On the other hand, Johnny is thinking of some of the key relationships that fill his life unexpectedly, and may respond to Daniel's promotional efforts in that period. On the other hand, Daniel begins teaching the first karate students, where he tries to invent some traditional methods of training by helping some.
The first season kept surprising me with how much I wanted to see what happened next. Season Two unfortunately feels more like what I feared Cobra Kai might be: a rehash of a tale that's already been retold to death.
