Misfits & Monsters is a predictably hit-and-miss mixture of amusingly bizarre, strangely inspired and interestingly misfired with a lot of potential to grow and evolve.
It's funny and creative, Bobcat nails the different styles, and he does a great job of setting up the characters and situations quickly so most of the 22 minutes have a meaty story to tell.
