Fleeing from the government that transformed him into a charged beast, Vincent, does his best and hide from them, and he receives help from a young beautiful detective named Cat, with whom he falls in love, as she does her best, in order to help him. Incidents come to climax when Laim fights them and seeks to expose the reality of Vincent to public.
