Can the arrow ever been the ordinary Oliver Queen again? just when he thought the battle against crime has been minimized to the lowest level, a new enemy is born.
Like many episodes this season, "Broken Arrow" can't help but feel a bit fragmented. Yet, ultimately, the fragments (mostly) work well enough that we're willing to forgive the fact that they don't always cohere.
Arrow fans have been anticipating that Season 3 would drop plenty of bodies before its finale, but good grief, did tonight's "Broken Arrow" spill a good deal of blood for a CW drama.
