Upon opening a portal for a demonic world, a group of high school teenagers live in Amsterdam, where they reopen a portal from the Golden Age of Dutch, as they have been attacked by demons, the thing that brings terrible for them, as they have to find a way to close it to survive.
Ares is carried by a strong lead performance that roots the craziness going on around that character in some emotional reality. And that's always the key to horror shows like this.
