A medical helicopter crew is on a bad track in their mission after an accident when assisting a joint US and UN force under the command of the Spanish command in Afghanistan. It is a cruel experience for everyone as the Spanish army has only one night to organize rescue for the crew and the injured, but things seem to go wrong. The matter turns into a catastrophic path because of the great focus of the Taliban surrounding the team.
