Oscar Collins lives in his chaotic apartment. A photographer and his girlfriend Penny Lane live in the next-door apartment. And Oscar becomes fascinated of Penny. He spends a lot of time to watch the couple's life through a hole in the wall. He loses himself in dreaming of her.
