Tommy Callahan is an immature heir, trying to deal with the legacy of his father, who is in a car dealership in Sandusky, Ohio. After his father's death, Tommy is certainly very passionate about his father's work and his staff, pushing him hard to make a final effort to find someone who buys his products before collapsing. In the end, Tommy discovers that the neoconservatives are the new enemies and he must save the work to keep him away from the hands of his fellow warriors and inherited businesses.
As a sketch for a Saturday Night Live show, it would have been a tour de force. But as part of this rather unimaginative movie, it's just a bit with a burning desk.
