When a serial killer emerges in the city, Amelia Donaghy a policewoman is bent on getting the culprit, but there is something regular about this killer's strikes; a small shard of bone extracted from each of his victims. With the help of her colleague she must nab him before the net strike.
Jeremy Iacone's script is riddled with plot holes you could drive a train through.

shares with most of the films of this genre a penchant for moody photography, startling bursts of violence and, regrettably, a finale that's so far-fetched and relies on so many coincidences it's impossible to swallow.
