There is a small psychiatric laboratory in Pennsylvania that has turned into the only tenure confirmed by the government. During this period, the army began controlling this laboratory under orders from the National Security. Within a short period, various measures were stimulated to fully arm the entity, as the film captures those details behind these processes that have already occurred and have been classified for nearly forty years.
The setting is (mostly) the Seventies, but this is without doubt a post-9/11 movie, where the devil's work has already been done and all innocence has long since been lost.
