The movie revolves around Gage, Wyatt, and Brandon and Reet, who are four children in the world's slowest city, who seem to like to ride cars. Together, they form the Hot Hot Wheels team that includes four contestants on that trip. After a strange black car appears, the four discover each other's potential and fight together to save things.
