The police chief Gibert finds himself in a very critical situation by a serious gang called Santa claus because this gang makes all the police forces seem to be silly and helpless specially in front of the public to the extent that a Chinese reporter made an article about the police inconvenience but things get better when a fast taxi driver starts to help the police.
