The movie is about Angela Baker, a transgender. Angela escaped from a mental hospital to go to a summer camp as a counselor who lectured on her teenage charges. Angela tries to experience through lectures on proper ethical behavior. In those moments, the campers begin to misbehave, they quickly return to those things I used to.
If you have ever wanted to see bratpack adolescents get their bloody comeuppance, then this teen-trashing sequel might just put a smile on your acne-pocked face.
On a 'normal movie' scale, it'd rate Sleepaway Camp II pretty damn low, but the healthy body count and copious gore rates this a "Must-See" for any self-respecting horror freak.
Far more subversively comical than the 1983 original, Sleepaway Camp II admirably mixes things up in a way that not only manages to still be faithful to the spirit of the first film, but also takes some wild leaps in tone and approach.
