The film follows the story of a Japanese rebel gang known as Katana, which controls the cocaine trade in Los Angeles. In order to apprehend these extremists, LAPD is dispatched to a Samurai policeman from SDPD to help and understand the case. Joe Marshall begins training as he speaks Japanese fluently in order to reach these criminals and bring them to justice.
