This short US film revolves around a new test where Sailor Moon and friends stop buying Troop Scout for testing. The evil queen Beryl is trying to do a new job where she asks Nephrite, her general to find the Rainbow Crystals. Now, the site of the first crystal is found, but suddenly Nephrite crosses the cookie craze in Sailor Scouts which is strange raises other challenges.
