When Kristen gets tired from study, she decides to take a break from college and return home. There, she shocked seeing a strange man in their house. Her mother, Moira tells her that the man, Jake, rents a room to help in the financials. Suddenly, Kristen discovers that her mother has an affair with this man who lately she finds that he has a bad past.
