Upon having a shot by accident, Henry Turner, a young successful lawyer, whose life turns upside down, as he suffers from amnesia and brain damage that effects on his behavior, as he has to relearn how to walk, drink, and speak, the thing that challenges him, but by the help of his kind and good family, he manages to overcome these obstacles.
Lack of realism is not the problem of this Mike Nichols' drama; it's the simplistic messages and the time-worn cliches that make it flawed--despite good acting from Harrison Ford in the lead.
Perhaps Ford's best work, certainly his most challenging role.
