The film follows a special experiment led by Danny Cogan and his girlfriend Beth as they collaborate with a police sergeant who is beaten by the weather and the Toulon brides. This mission appears to be aimed at stopping the evil leader Mobius from creating an army of Nazi soldiers who could not be stopped at this time.
