The film tells the story of three friends who have had a surprising experience to change their lifestyle. Now, Luffy, Zoro and Nami appear to be starving on their small boat for that daunting task along the way. Within a short period of time, friends began to be attacked by a long-necked dragon, where the dragon broke the boat when Luffy stung it at that moment.
