The film explores a special comedic experience by Mr. Neighbor (Brian Hosky) who knows the importance of telling the truth. When he tells the whole truth, it looks like Master Neighbor can open the Secret Door and save Neighborton! Over time, it appears that Mr. Neighbor is confronting his personal demons, struggling to gain control of reality as the truth is revealed.
