It seems that things will turn into a completely different turn when the man who recently died in the hunt for a failed car is the twin brother of that policeman. Now, a cop replaces his twin brother's place, inheriting his long-standing problems and his beautiful girlfriend to go secretly to avenge his brother's incredible death.
Villains curl their upper lip and snarl in bad Russian accents, while Van Damme bungles four-word sentences.

The plot holds together pretty well, which is not always the case in Van Damme's movies, and does not require the concoction of labored explanations for his pronounced accent.
