The film embodies the story of a family suffering from a financial crisis in their lives. During this time, this family had to sell her favorite dog, Lacey, in a short time. It seems that Lassie has evaded and traveled more than 1,000 miles from northern Scotland to Yorkshire to return to her friend who lost her one day.
