The film revolves around the master of martial arts who is still struggling for the return of the lost revenge. The man tries to take revenge for the death of his parents through the great myth of Kung-fu. The man will face many challenges that may hinder him in achieving his goal, and perhaps strange characters such as the well-trained cow on martial arts that are not easy to fight.
Kung Pow is Oedekerk's realization of his childhood dream to be in a martial-arts flick, and proves that sometimes the dreams of youth should remain just that.

Naturally, much fun is made of the poorly synchronized dialogue inherent in kung fu flicks, but the gag pales with repetition, especially since Billy Crystal and Robin Williams did it better years ago.
