The movie revolves around Stewart who is looking for an exceptional space near the Brooklyn Bridge where a time gap exists that can reverse the course of things. In these moments, Stewart has an opportunity to return to the nineteenth century as he establishes a different love story with the nineteenth-century single and a 21st-century woman.
The culture clashes you expect follow, but what isn't expected is how marvelous Jackman is in the role.

Surprisingly effective romantic comedy with Hugh Jackman at his most charming and Meg Ryan proving yet again why she has become the watermark against which all other female romantic leads are compared.
The two individually likable stars do eventually reach some level of warmth, but by that time the film is nearly over and Kate and Leopold are supposed to be madly in love with each other.
Some nice moments but overall not a total success.
