The life of Ricky Miller, a middle aged handsome man, who works at a well-known firm and suffers from loneliness, as he is the only single man among his friends, has been changed completely, when he dates an attractive woman from a date site, whom asks him to kill her husband, in order to have a happy life together, the thing that challenges him.
From its uninspired, sitcom-y look to its phoned-in dialogue ("I love you plus infinity"; "I love you plus double infinity") to its creaky plot, "Hit by Lightning" is anything but electrifying.
