Bill is an unemployed aspiring writer living a lonely and boring life in London, England. Bill has a fascination with people, has hopes of finding something to write about, begins to pick individuals out of the crowd, and follow them. The bill provides rules to keep it out of trouble and to retain the word 'random' follow-up, but quickly breaks one of its rules by following a person more than once. During the theft of the residence, Bill becomes interested in the woman who owns the apartment, so he begins to follow. In the end he decided to meet them and start each other's vision.
